1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and acctboom. They govern your use of the platform, including buying social media logs, renting numbers for one-time passwords, and ordering account boosts.

By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering with email and password or Google sign-in, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Wallet and payments

Orders are paid from your acctboom wallet balance. You top up your balance through our integrated payment provider, and the balance updates once payment is confirmed.

Wallet balances are a prepayment for services on the platform. They hold no interest and are not transferable between accounts.

4. Orders and delivery

Products are delivered automatically after payment. Product pages state what is included and the price before you confirm an order.

Delivery times differ per product. Most logs and OTP rentals deliver within seconds; boosts progress over time until the ordered quantity completes. Status for every order is visible in your order history.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use products purchased on acctboom to carry out fraud, account theft, harassment, or any activity that breaks the law or the terms of the underlying platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the platform.

6. Refunds and failed orders

If an order cannot be delivered, the order value returns to your wallet balance automatically. For partially delivered boosts, we review the case and return the undelivered portion.

Delivered logs and completed OTP rentals are generally non-refundable because their contents are consumed on delivery. Disputes about delivered orders must reach support within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargeback abuse, fraud attempts, or violation of these terms. Where funds remain and no rule was broken, balances are returned through the original payment channel where possible.

8. Liability

acctboom provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from how you use delivered products after delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
