Privacy policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).

• Your wallet balance and top-up records
• Order history: products purchased, quantities, and delivery status
• Support correspondence you send us

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to operate your account: processing wallet top-ups, delivering orders you purchase, showing your order history, and handling support requests and refunds.

We also use transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

3. Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed by our integrated payment provider. Card and bank details go directly to the payment provider and never touch our servers. We only receive a payment reference and confirmation so we can credit your balance.

4. Order fulfillment

Products on acctboom are fulfilled through third-party supplier APIs, including our log supplier. When you place an order, only the minimum data needed for delivery is sent to the supplier: the product details of your order.

Suppliers do not receive your password, your balance, or your payment information.

5. Cookies, sessions and advertising tools

We use session storage and a first-party cookie to keep you signed in. These are needed for the service to work and cannot be switched off while you are signed in.

We also use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to measure how people find acctboom and how our advertising performs. Both are advertising and analytics tools operated by Google and Meta, and both receive your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and cookie or device identifiers. You can block them with a browser content blocker without affecting your account or orders.

We do not sell your browsing data. Your wallet balance, order contents and payment details are never shared with Google or Meta.

6. Data retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active so your history stays available to you. If your account is deleted or terminated, personal data is removed within 90 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

7. Your choices

You can:

• Access and update your email address in account settings
• Request an export or deletion of your data by emailing support@acctboom.com
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time (we send operational emails about orders regardless)

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text. Access to production data is limited to team members who need it to operate the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
